2. Haircut
The haircut is a long layered style designed specifically for digital perm movement.
Layers are added mainly from the middle section toward the surface of the hair. This creates space for the curls to form more clearly while keeping the overall length.
3. Color / Perm / Technique
This service is a digital perm on virgin hair that has never been colored.
Before applying the perm cream, a Plex pre-treatment is used to help prepare and support the hair. Plex is also mixed into the perm cream to help reduce chemical stress during processing.
Before the rods are applied, another treatment is used to help protect the hair from the heat used during the digital perm process.
These steps allow us to create soft, defined curls while paying close attention to the condition of the hair throughout the service.
4. Care / Treatment
After the perm process, a final treatment is applied to help remove residual alkalinity and bring the service to completion.
The treatment process is designed around the different stresses involved in digital perming: chemical processing, heat and post-service care.
5. Maintenance / Important Notes
The next digital perm is generally recommended after around 6 to 12 months, depending on the client’s hair type, condition, curl retention and haircut.
Because the ideal timing varies from person to person, consultation is recommended before repeating the perm.
