Today, I’d like to tell you a little bit about what hairdressers actually think in their mind!今日は、美容師が頭の中で考えている事を少しお話したいと思います!
①I really want you to keep your hair clean by the time I see you next time, so I want to tell you as many things as possible that suits your hair.本当に次回お会いするまでに綺麗な状態を保って欲しいので、髪に合うものはなるべく色々伝えたい…と思っています。
②We welcome you to bring us photos of your desired hair style and color. I can understand how you feel.(That’s what happened to me.)We will be able to better understand what kind of style or color you want to do, so please show it to us!やりたい髪型やカラーの写真を持って来てくれることは大歓迎です。恥ずかし方の気持ちも充分に分かります。(私もそうでした)でも、やりたい事の大きなヒントになるので、是非見せてください!
③If you have no Idea what style or color you want…it’s ok! I would still like to know as much information as possible about what customers want to do.曖昧でも、決まっていなくても…お客様のどうしたいかの情報はなるべく沢山知りたいです。
④Most hairdressers are really thinking about doing their best for their customers…to satisfy them.So please rest assured that we will do our best for you.ほとんどの美容師が、お客様の為に…満足してもらえる為に…を本気で考えています。だから、安心して下さいね。
⑤Don’t worry about us when you go to another salon.He came back… I’m glad that we met again.他のサロンに行っても私達に気を遣わないでください。また来てくれた…またお会い出来た…だけで嬉しいのです。
There are many different types of hair salons, from casual to luxury hair salons, but I think the hairdressers who work tend to think like this.カジュアルなヘアサロンから、ラグジュアリーなヘアサロンまで種類は色々ですが、働いている美容師は皆大体こういう風に考えていると思います。
